I.Overview
This machine apply to production toilet paper , napkin paper , face tissue paper , handkerchief paper , making quantitative 12-30g/m2   , can use paper pulp : Waste paper pulp ; Wood pulp ; Straw pulp ; Bamboo pulp .
Main component : Forming part ; Dry part ; Roll paper part ; Drive part .

II.Forming Part
Main component : cylinder vat ; wove mould ; arched plate ; couch roll ; suction water tank ; blanket washing device

1.Cylinder vat

Grouting system whole use Q235 steel plate manufacturing , small arched plate use corrosion resistant plate manufacturing and also is adjusting device ,cylinder vat is enclosed type .
